Through recruitment sessions, career conferences, and mentorship exchanges, the Talent Fair helps empower African youth and train the leaders who will shape the continent’s future.
The 2025 edition highlighted the strength of the African private sector: thousands of young participants met with 12 major groups and institutions, including Dangote Industries Limited, AXIAN Group, Danone, Groupe AFD, CMA CGM, Concerto, Roadvision, the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Dakar 2026, Africa Finance Corporation, Rawbank and Jeune Afrique Media Group.
This year, the Talent Fair is expanding its scope with an increased number of companies, public institutions, and organizations committed to recruiting new talent. The focus will be on future-oriented sectors, including energy, digital technology, finance, and infrastructure.
