Role
Drive revenue growth by managing outdoor channel agents and vendors, generating leads, and influencing orders. Ensure achievement of KPIs while building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop outdoor channel sales agents and vendors.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve set KPIs and revenue targets.
- Act as first point of contact in the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or HND.
- 4+ years’ sales experience (FMCG preferred).
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and commercial awareness.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive.
