Role

Drive revenue growth by managing outdoor channel agents and vendors, generating leads, and influencing orders. Ensure achievement of KPIs while building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop outdoor channel sales agents and vendors.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve set KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Act as first point of contact in the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND.
  • 4+ years’ sales experience (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive.
