Responsibilities:
- Implement Local and regional strategies in regard to organizational Reefer footprint and design, process optimization and standardization within Region/Country Ocean & Air Reefer & Perishables operations related business.
- Leverage global shared service opportunities or centralized opportunities within region/Country.
- Alignment and overall governance of regional ocean & Air Reefer & Perishables operations related business, standards and associated global KPIs.
- Manage adherence to operational SOPs, KPIs and regulatory compliance.
- Manage productivity and performance improvement programs through optimization of process, structure in line with regional strategy.
- Manage implementation of digitalization and workflow tools to achieve digital file processing.
- Collaborate with Global Ocean & Air Leadership and drive the development and/or deployment of new processes and solutions within the region in relation to Reefer & Perishables operations business.
- Manage the region and countries operations teams as per the organization chart.
- Liaise with other ocean product leaders to elaborate/ support ocean & Air strategies and solutions in relation to Reefer & Perishables operations business.
- Manage operations resources as per productivity and forecast’ targets in relation to Reefer & Perishables operations business.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the ocean & Air region/country Reefer & Perishables operations team.
Profile:
- Education & Experience: 5–7 years in Reefer product management or temperature-sensitive logistics.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; knowledge of reefer container management; operational excellence mindset.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.
Competencies:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
