Role

Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to deliver business objectives through talent attraction, development, retention, and performance management.

Main tasks

  • Support business transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Manage performance and reward processes (objective setting, reviews, salary calibration).
  • Deploy wellbeing programs and ensure compliance with health & safety reporting.
  • Drive talent management: succession, retention, career development, training.
  • Provide HR analytics and insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, employee relations, and engagement.

Profile

  • Degree in HR, Business or related field.
  • Experience in HR business partnering, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Analytical, digital-savvy, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive change, foster engagement, and build trusted relationships.
