Role
Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to deliver business objectives through talent attraction, development, retention, and performance management.
Main tasks
- Support business transformation and change management initiatives.
- Manage performance and reward processes (objective setting, reviews, salary calibration).
- Deploy wellbeing programs and ensure compliance with health & safety reporting.
- Drive talent management: succession, retention, career development, training.
- Provide HR analytics and insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, employee relations, and engagement.
Profile
- Degree in HR, Business or related field.
- Experience in HR business partnering, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Analytical, digital-savvy, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to drive change, foster engagement, and build trusted relationships.
