Role

Define and implement category vision, strategy, and shopper/trade marketing plans aligned with brand strategies to drive category growth.

Main tasks

  • Develop national category and trade marketing plans.
  • Leverage growth drivers in collaboration with sales and marketing.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

Profile

  • Business degree in sales, marketing, or business management.
  • 8+ years’ experience in category management, sales, or marketing (FMCG).
  • Proven success in commercial environments.
  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
