Role:
Ensure and optimize vessel occupancy in the assigned commercial zones, applying the commercial and pricing policy and managing quotation requests from agents and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Apply the Line’s pricing policy to agents to optimize commercial performance and vessel occupancy.
- Conduct market monitoring: market research, statistical analyses, and regular reporting to Line Management.
- Monitor competitors and provide recommendations.
- Define loading priorities and analyze deviations from the sales budget to propose corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or Transport.
- At least 2 years of initial sales or marketing experience, ideally in the maritime sector.
- Fluent in English; proficient with IT and office tools (especially Excel).
- Organized, autonomous, and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
