Mission:
Drive and oversee the commercial development of the assigned market to optimize Line profitability and vessel utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement trade and pricing policy with the Line Manager.
- Support and coordinate the agents’ network to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
- Monitor market development and participate in commercial contract negotiations.
- Produce analytical reports, performance indicators, and market studies; assess business impact.
- Lead and supervise Area Managers and/or Commercial Assistants.
Profile:
- Master’s degree in International Trade, Logistics or Transport.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a shipping/commercial role.
- Fluent in English; strong IT and Office tools proficiency.
- Proactive, with proven management and influencing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
