Location:

Mission:
Lead and develop the commercial activities of one or several shipping lines to maximize profitability and vessel utilization, in close collaboration with the Line Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement trade and pricing policies.
- Support and manage the agents’ network to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor line performance and participate in commercial contract negotiations.
- Produce and analyze market studies and reports to guide strategy.
- Manage and coach a team of area managers and commercial assistants.
Profile:
- Master’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or Transport.
- At least 7 years of experience in a shipping business role.
- Proven management experience.
- Fluent in English; strong IT and analytical skills.
- Persuasive, proactive, and strong interpersonal abilities.
